Got the same king room I booked online, and it had a bedroom. Paid £64 for it. 💸

I absolutely adored the charming decor of this lovely B&B. The owners have tastefully decorated the general areas, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated how accessible the hotel was, with no stairs to navigate and spacious hallways that made it easy to move around with my walking cane. It truly felt like a home away from home.
My only suggestion for a better vacation for senior people would be to have more visible signage outside the hotel. Sometimes it was a bit tricky to find, especially for those with limited mobility.

The owners were exceptionally friendly and made us feel very welcome. the property was beautiful and well decorated. We enjoyed sitting in the garden and soaking up the last bit of sunshine. the secure parking was a plus, providing peace of mind. Conveniently located only a 25-minute drive from the Channel Tunnel.
The sound isolation was terrible, as we could hear everything from the neighbors and hosts below, who were often noisy. the hosts only spoke French, which made communication a bit difficult.

This hidden gem just outside a charming village exceeded my expectations in every way! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm cup of coffee and the friendly smiles of the hosts. The room was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with a jaw-droppingly good shower. The breakfast spread was plentiful and delicious. The hosts, who were lovely people, provided thoughtful amenities such as a coffee maker and TV, and even had clothing hangers available. The location offered stunning views of the surrounding fields and secure parking was a reassuring bonus. There was also a lovely garden and play area for kids. Whether you're looking for a convenient stopover before taking the Channel Tunnel or exploring the area, I highly recommend this comfortable guest house. The owners were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, pointing out great local eateries and even mentioning an enticing market. Don't miss out on this incredible experience!
